Bible Study
There are many Bible Study department and class options for seniors. Our leaders are highly qualified and experienced. We major on strong Biblical teaching and building relationships. We want our guests to become a part of our family. We invite our senior guests to visit more than one department and attend where they feel most comfortable.

Jolly Friends
Our senior adults enjoy getting together and going places and we try to do some trip once a month.  Sometimes we just go to a restaurant together and enjoy lunch or dinner.  It might be to a play or show….then sometimes it’s a tour.  We’ve also gone to see the Atlanta Braves, Callaway Gardens, and the Holy Land Experience. Contact the church office for the next Senior Adult outing.

Baptist Village Ministry
Baptist Village Retirement Communities, owned an operated by the Georgia Baptist Convention, provides lots of opportunities for ministry by our congregation as well as living accommodations for many of our church members.  First Baptist Church provides bus service to the Village for many church activities. At Christmas, the children's choir treats the residents with caroling and homemade cards. Also, our village visitation committee that frequently visits the residents.
